Get the most out of student and staff well-being assessments with our leadership coaching
- Using survey results, we coach leaders to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between well-being and individual characteristics (e.g., shyness), peer relationships (e.g., belonging) and relationships with building and district leadership (e.g., trust).
- We help leaders identify key areas for action (e.g., communication, role clarity, trust, planning), and coach them through the change process.
- During regular consultations we work through challenging relationships with staff, students or community members and provide additional support and resources (e.g., contacts with relevant experts, readings, reports, and research).
