He currently serves as Core Doctoral Research Faculty & Professor of Education at West Texas A&M University.
Maria Monaco, Ed.D., NCSP – Vice President, Assessment & Data Analysis: Maria is an educational leader, coach, and National Certified School Psychologist with 15 years of experience. She focuses on student and staff well-being, developing interventions for those with social-emotional difficulties. Maria specializes in social anxiety and continues her research on personality and social performance in schools.
Jeffrey R. Rabey, Ph.D. – Director of Marketing and Coaching: Jeff is a retired Superintendent of Schools and currently an Assistant Professor in an Educational Leadership Doctoral Program. He has more than 30 years of experience in K-12 and higher education environments as a teacher, school counselor and administrator.
Abbe Edelson, Ph.D. – Senior Research Associate: Abbe has more than 15 years experience as a writer/researcher. Since 2020, she has been working as a contract researcher and writer for evaluation consultants in a variety of fields, including education. She has extensive experience as a community-based researcher.
Melissa Zorn, M.S.Ed. – Data Analyst & Well-being Associate: Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the field of special education. She has worked in various special education classrooms and currently serves as a Committee on Special Education Chairperson, determining eligibility and ensuring appropriate accommodations and programming for students with disabilities. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Melissa works to build collaborative and positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
Julie Vinkle, LCSW – Data Analyst & Well-being Associate: Julie has over 20 years of experience in the field of social work. She has worked in various settings, including foster care, medical based care, and preventative services. For the last 15 years, Julie has worked as a School Social Worker, with an emphasis on working with students with disabilities and special needs. Julie strives to help students, families, and educators in practical, compassionate, and creative ways.
